The graphic designers at Radar Hill created a wider display and restructured navigation for a clean and easy to use website. Recently some good ideas for our SideCar Advantage [http://sidecaradvantage.com/ ] product had been submitted. I’ve implemented most of these. The following are the updates completed:
- Fractional Ownership – it is now possible to exclude properties that have Fractional Ownership.
- Strata Fee Limit – it is now possible to place a limit on the monthly strata fee.
- Age Restrictions – you can now place a limit on the youngest age permitted occupancy in a complex.
- BBQ Restrictions – some strata complexes impose BBQ restrictions.
- Pets – this information has been updated as well to follow the VREB/Matrix example.
