Welcome to 2013. We hope the start of 2013 has been good and productive for you.

About This Newsletter

This starts the fourth year of our newsletter, which is published once or twice per month. You are receiving this because you are a client, potential client, friend, or supporter of Radar Hill. If you do not want to receive these, or if you are getting more than one copy (perhaps through multiple email accounts) and want to be removed from our list, simply contact us.

In our newsletters we talk about what is happening with Radar Hill, workshops we are offering, websites launched, information of potential interest, invitations to events, and announcements from our great clients. When you have major news or events you want publicised to our subscription base, send us the details. Part of what makes us unique is that we promote our clients. Read Dan’s article The real advantage of buying local for some insight.

During the year we send out special seasonal newsletters promoting our fully-hosted clients in certain industries, such as:

  • Health and Fitness: Personal trainers, health care professionals, spas;
  • Spring Renovations: Tradespeople, the home industry;
  • Travel, Dining and Entertainment: Accommodations, dining, tourism and vehicles;
  • Business Services: B2B – Business-to-Business;
  • Non-Profits: Charities and organizations;
  • Christmas Shopping: Retail and online shops.

Not sure if you should be included in one of these special newsletters? Contact us!

We Need Your Input: Google Workshops

Jennifer Dempsey

We are planning a series of intense 2-hour sessions on Google tools to help drive traffic, and business, to your websites. To help us plan our schedule, contact us and tell us:
What are good days of the week and times for you to attend?
What would you expect to get out of each session?
The sessions will be on:

  1. Understanding Google Analytics;
  2. Claiming Your Google Places Business Listing;
  3. Managing Google AdWords.

These are aimed at business owners and their support staff, and will be run by Radar Hill’s own Google-trained (and soon to be certified) Kendra Savich. The sessions will be held in Victoria and Duncan.
