Cooking: Everyone Can Cook: Eric Akis, author of the best-selling Everyone Can Cook series of cookbooks, is a professional chef and pastry chef. He also provides services such as food styling, cooking demonstrations and recipe development. One of his main clients is Thrifty Foods, for whom he has created over 1500 recipes to date.
